Our Elderslie Project is taking shape beautifully!

With the scaffolding now removed, the striking modern barn facade and its refined textured finishes are being revealed.

We’ve combined a smooth acrylic render with Weathertex Pty Ltd cladding to emphasize the buildings vertical proportion, while composite cladding lines the interior of the barn gable, creating a warm and balanced finish. Windows by Wideline Windows & Doors compliment the design.

We are creating an updated open plan kitchen / living area and master suite on the ground floor and 3 good sizes bedrooms with bathroom, balcony and storage included in the new first floor addition.

The first floor of this home sits in a Flame Zone area with a Bushfire Attack Level 40 rating, meaning upgraded windows, roller shutters, and specialised insulation were required.
