- Valid only for properties located in Sydney metro region
- Valid only to clients who sign a preliminary agreement for our Design and Quotation service during September 2023
- Valid only for projects requiring council DA or CDC approval
- Credit will be applied to signed building contract following our standard Spannenberg & Son sales process
