The winner of the HIA Apprentice Carpenter Achievement Award displays exceptionally high level of carpentry skills and possess leadership qualities beyond their years.
Tomislav discovered his passion for construction through school work experience and has developed a diverse skill set across framing, roofing, concrete and carpentry. Balancing work, study, fitness and family commitments has helped him build strong discipline, resilience and time management skills. Known for his reliability, positive attitude and willingness to tackle any challenge, Tomislav consistently demonstrates the work ethic and determination needed for a successful future in the building industry.
