2018 is off to a good start
Spannenberg and Son have already cut the #roof off and installed the #floor ready for the frame to go up on our new job for Kristy and Terence at #Glenfield.
What you can see in this picture is a key process of a #firstflooraddition where we fully #scaffold the existing #home, cut the roof off, install the new beams and floor joist and cover it all over with a large #plastic #tarp ready for the wall frames to be craned up and stood directly on top of the floor sheet.
